Tracy Smith, Executive Director, and James Heale, Director of Leadership & Development of Tower Hamlets Education Partnership, and Maria Dawes, CEO of Schools Alliance for Excellence, will share their approach to leadership development and professional learning.
Both Partnerships are driving an agenda to engage school leaders and their teams in an ongoing programme to become better leaders in their professional roles and to build a sustainable talent pipeline of leaders. The session will explore the philosophy underpinning the approach of the work of each Partnership and an overview of the offer to schools and leaders.
