Stephen Betts, CEO of Learn Sheffield and Jon Abbey, Managing Director of Camden Learning will share their own partnership journey and experience in supporting and establishing a new local education partnership. The session will focus on two elements:
Designing a school improvement model and system. Featuring three key components: a school improvement strategy, system architecture and improvement culture.
Designing an outcomes framework with the focus on how achievement can be measured against specific priorities; exploring a system health check, including accountability to self and peers, establishing time frames, a process for agreeing outcomes and a delivery plan.
